Our originally excellent State Farm Agent, Mr. Dick Johnson who was based in Clinton MD retired 20+ years ago and we were assigned a new Agent based in Green Belt., MD. from whom we received marginal service. About a year ago, we switched to Agent Keith Edwards' whose office is located in our immediate neighborhood and our insurance services have significantly improved.

Matthew was very helpful. He reviewed my account and identified ways that I could save by updating my coverage, now that I -- and my car -- are older and I drive fewer miles.
